Update: MICU rotation

Turns out I’m ending 4th year on a more somber note than I expected. I really didn’t know what to expect from a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) rotation this time last year when I was scheduling it as my last rotation. Last Stretch!

It’s officially the end of my vacation block and time for me to start doing real work again. I have 2 more rotations to complete before the end of my duties as a medical student! Tomorrow begins my Ambulatory Medicine clerkship, which will be made of smaller rotations through various Internal Medicine clinics such as Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Nephrology, etc. I’ve definitely enjoyed my time off, but I’m ready to get back into the workflow again because the sooner I start, the sooner I finish, and your girl is ready to be DONE!
